KINGSTON- iREST Guided Meditation Session

iREST is a structured, guided approach to meditation that has shown numerous benefits for people seeking inner calm, improved mental health, and enhanced overall well-being.
For added comfort, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask. We have yoga mats and some pillows on site if needed.
