The Kingston Wellness lounge will be hosting a yoga, breath and meditation series over the course of 12 weeks.
Movement: Sept 9th, 16th, 23rd. 30th Beginner friendly, exploring yoga movement and ones body. Intro into yoga poses and Movement. All levels of yoga experience welcome. We will explore how different poses can be done for all bodies and yoga experience.
Breath work: Oct 7th, 21st, 28th, Nov 4th We continue exploring our body with movement but add on the exploration of breath work. We will explore and practice different breathing techniques.
Meditation: Nov 18th, 25th, Dec 2nd, 9th We continue with the exploration of movement and breath but add on the exploration of meditation. No previous meditation experience needed. We start slow and try different meditations at various lengths. From guided meditations, to meditations focused on just breath.
